Controller: player manual
The Controller is your phone: this is how you sit down at the table. The shared playing area is on the display (a TV or a monitor), while your cards and your actions stay in your hand. This manual is about what you see on the phone and what you can do with it.
If you have used the Controller before, start with What changed in v5: the layout of the interface is different now.

Worth knowing up front
The phone interface is built for portrait. It works in landscape too, and nothing is taken away: the interface switches nothing off, only the proportions of the bars change.
What you do on your phone, the others see too, except what you deliberately hide. What they see and what they can reach is described on the Areas page.
Nobody sees your hand. The display shows the number of cards you hold, never the cards themselves.
